Yesterday I arrived back to London and back to real life, but honestly I'm pretty excited about it. LCM starts tomorrow, which I'll be covering properly for the first time, I'm also off skiing in Austria for the first time too, then there's fashion month which I have some very exciting things planned for and then my internship at The Times fashion desk starts! It's all systems go from here, so here's a final look from a more chilled time during the Christmas break! See more below.
I Candy Beauty & Boutique gilet | Julien Macdonald leather jacket via Debenhams (now in sale!)* | Aigner bag* (similar) | Levi's 501's* | HM shoes (similar)
I've mentioned before that my mum owns a lovely boutique and salon in my hometown, Bristol. So when I'm home of course it's great to make full use of beauty treatments, but in addition to this I also get to put my buyers hat on when mum comes down to London to stock up on clothing for the boutique.
Back in November when we did the final Christmas order this gorgeous gilet was a one-off piece that I chose, I tried it on at the time and fell completely in love with it. So, you can imagine my joy when I realised mum had saved it for me to unwrap on Christmas day! It's going to be a fashion month staple for me I think.
I teamed it with my Julien Macdonald leather jacket, loving how the berry tones looked with the faux fur and navy. Keeping it quite casual in an attempt to help me battle the Christmas sales I finished off the look with my trusty Levi's and HM pumps.
