On our way back from shooting in Chelsea yesterday, my friend and flatmate Lizzy and I found ourselves in the plethora of beauty that is the Anthropologie Kings Road store. Full of eclectically unique pieces, I'd happily move straight in if they'd let me. Here's some things we picked up for our apartment, they were just too pretty not to share.
rose gold candle in Aloha Orchid, £10 | pressed glass frame, £14 | "L" mug, £6 | latte bowl in Periwinkle, £3.50 | cloth bound journal, £18 | pocket French phrasebook, £5.99 all Anthropologie
Conveniently, February is Lizzy's birthday month, and when you sign up for a loyalty "Anthro" card in store, you get 15% off when it's the month of your birthday. So of course, we had to take full advantage of that. If you haven't already noticed from my wish lists and previous New In post, I've become a bit of a homeware fiend lately. Once I set foot into their Kings Road store, I was in my absolute element, and pleasantly surprised by how affordable all the pretty things were, the blue bowl for example was only £3.50! It says it's dishwasher safe and microwaveable, I think I'm going to save it for trinkets and rings, though how awesome does it look filled with popcorn as on the website? Another favourite piece is the gorgeous hinged glass frame, I've just put a little magazine cutting in it for now, I think it looks so lovely with a bit of text in. But honestly, I love it all and can't remember the last time I felt so pleased with my purchases.

I wish there was a Anthropologie near me - lusting after an initial letter mug! xx
ReplyDeleteI agree with Charlotte. There really should be one in Manchester it looks amazing. The pressed glass frame is gorgeous x
DeleteAh I need that photo frame in my life. I'm just starting a bottom drawer for when I move out and am having such a love affair with all homeware!
